Meghan Markle is out on the royal occasion circuit for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee—and he or she introduced again her royal type for the event. The Duchess of Sussex was seen at Trooping the Color, the Queen’s birthday parade, sporting a navy off-the-shoulder gown with a white wide-brimmed Stephen Jones hat adorned with an identical navy ribbon.
